Doctors without Borders puts 87.3% of revenue to work in their charitable programs and not to overhead or management/administration. Save the Children puts 91.7% of revenue into it’s programs. Doctors without Borders and Save the Children both have 4 star ratings (the highest rating for charities). World Bicycle Relief is not rated by Charity Navigator but according to it’s FAQ, 81% of donated funds go direct to World Bicycle Relief programs.
